Job Title: Senior Application Support Analyst

Join ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD as a Senior Application Support Analyst and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of support analysts, overseeing daily operations and participating as an active team member.
  • Partner with the Paris counterpart to deliver exceptional support, organizing work, building reports, handling escalations, and driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Ensure user requests and incidents are addressed in a timely manner, prioritizing requests based on urgency, criticality, and context.
  • Investigate and follow up on incidents, communicating with users, senior management, and other IT stakeholders.
  • Perform daily support tasks, sanity checks, and on-call duties, contributing to change requests, urgent data modifications, and INTPRODs executions.
  • Escalate issues when necessary, remaining the main point of contact for users and pushing for sustainable resolutions.
  • Contribute to major incident reports and post-mortems, identifying root causes and defining remediation actions.
  • Act as the IT Run preferred communication channel with stakeholders, contributing to major events, synchronizing with support engineers, users, and CAGIP stakeholders.
Leadership Skills:
  • Lead the elaboration of production issues with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams.
  • Lead problem management with application teams, identifying actions and following up on implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the work of support analysts under your supervision.
  • Lead the continuous optimization of production activities through automation.
  • Lead as a liaison between business users, operations, and IT teams for all support requirements.
  • Lead incident and problem management-related activities.
Required Skills:
  • Solution-oriented, business-focused mindset with a constant drive to improve production quality and stability.
  • Basic technical skills, including SQL, Unix, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stress while maintaining empathy for end users.
  • Experience in leading transformation and implementation for monitoring tools and automation.
  • Strong experience in communicating and managing operations and business.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and aligning with management.
  • Functional knowledge of similar kinds.
Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in application support, with exposure in the banking industry (a plus).
