Job Title: Data Centre Operations Lead
As a seasoned professional in data centre operations, you will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of all operational aspects of our data centre. This includes actively participating in activities related to data centre business areas, managing a team of DC engineers including planning, scheduling, monitoring, task assignment, controlling outcomes, and measuring effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless delivery of services to customers;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of DC engineers, providing guidance and training as needed;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that impact data centre operations;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data centre operations or a related field;
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions quickly;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
