About the Role

This position focuses on live-fire grilling, precise execution, and refined plating standards. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your designated section efficiently, ensuring the quality and consistency of every dish served.

  • Culinary Expertise: You will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or upscale culinary setting.
  • Grilling Specialization: You must possess expertise in working with open-fire or charcoal grilling.
  • Presentation Perfection: Passionate about flavor, technique, and high-level presentation.
  • Safety Standards: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Pressure Handling: Able to work under pressure.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent team player with good communication skills.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and service flow. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
