  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies related to procurement and sourcing.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as Sales, Finance, and Operations, to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Propose and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Engineering Support: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to source materials and components for new product launches, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment with product specs.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and ensure sourcing initiatives stay within budget.

Requirements:

  • Must be technically inclined and familiar with mechanical accessories and components.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • Working experience in semi-conductor environment an advantage.
  • Able to read and understand both 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
  • Able to read and understand BOM and source accessories and components accordingly.
