Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to drive business growth and revenue targets in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Construction Equipment industry.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industry.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project implementation and after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in the MHE or Construction Equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the MHE or Construction Equipment industry, including products, solutions, and industry trends.
