Job Title:

Mechanical Engineer for Building Services.

  • Critical to this role is overseeing the design, implementation, and quality control of mechanical systems in building construction and improvement projects.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing M&E drawings for discrepancies with structural and architectural provisions.
  • This position requires exceptional project management skills, with a strong focus on technical expertise and stakeholder liaison.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical ventilation systems and air-conditioning technology.
  • A key responsibility of this role is to ensure timely completion according to quality standards and schedule.
  • This includes coordinating subcontractors, inspecting work for quality and safety compliance, and reporting defects in materials and workmanship.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing ACMV works is essential.
  • The successful candidate must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required.
  • A Manage Work at Height Certificate - Assessor/Manager qualification is also necessary.
  • OFAC Certification is an added advantage.
  • Please note that this position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.
