Job Title:
QC Laboratory Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead our quality control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing and a proven track record of supervising and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance to operating standards by overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations.
  • Coordinate the activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw materials, goods in process, and finished products.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to optimize resource utilization and meet work schedules and targets.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in classifying final products and reworked lots.
  • Investigate quality issues, implement improvements from analysis gap studies, and monitor in-process samples.
  • Prepare activity and progression reports to identify recurring problems with product quality or testing procedures.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemical related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in Laboratory Testing (Wet Chemistry).
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team of Laboratory Assistants.
  • Good understanding of laboratory equipment such as GC, AAS, Auto-titrator, NIR, etc.
  • Experience in Manual Testing.
