As a Trainee, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition training program.

The program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of cloud-based ERP systems, focusing on modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Sourcing & Procurement (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Joule AI.

You will engage in hands-on learning experiences that emphasize a Fit-to-Standard approach, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the functional roles and responsibilities within SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Gain foundational knowledge of FI/MM/SD/Joule AI modules and their business processes
  • Learn SAP best practices and application usage through guided sessions
  • Participate in hands-on labs simulating end-to-end business scenarios
  • Acquire basic skills in identity and access management, integrations, and data loading
  • Experience testing simulations (UAT, integration testing) and project lifecycle concepts
  • Receive mentoring and feedback to support professional development
  • Maintain personal learning records, assessments, and progress reports

Qualifications And Skills:

  • At least a Degree/Diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant courses
  • Interest in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules (FI/MM/SD)
  • Willingness to learn technical and functional content in a structured environment
  • Enthusiasm for cloud ERP deployment and Fit-to-Standard implementation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and collaborate with peers
  • Curiosity about SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and agile delivery
