Job Title

Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance training to end-users on machinery and equipment.

  • Deliver maintenance training to end-users on machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production machinery.
  • Plan and execute tasks related to facilities, upgrades, and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
  • Keep updated records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work.
  • Procure critical spares for preventive maintenance.
  • Minimize machine downtime through proactive repair and replacement.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices in the maintenance area and stores.
  • Enforce compliance with in-house safety rules among vendors.
  • Supervise contractors performing maintenance jobs.
  • Perform assigned duties as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in a manufacturing environment.
