Lead AI Software Architect

Accelerate the development of cutting-edge AI systems and transform how millions access healthcare. You'll work with our Head of Engineering and AI engineering team to build production-grade AI applications that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop model-agnostic AI platforms that seamlessly integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models
  • Implement robust A/B testing to optimize performance and costs
  • Create intelligent routing that matches tasks to the right models
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring and ensure high reliability with proper fallbacks
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning
  • Strong experience building production applications powered by LLMs
  • Excellent programming skills using Typescript and/or Python
  • Experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs
  • Comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks
  • Experience leading engineering team members
