AI Software Engineering Lead

Job Purpose:

Lead AI engineering teams to design, deliver, and scale advanced AI platforms and solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI engineering teams to design, build, and deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Define technology roadmaps and align AI adoption with organizational and agency needs.
  • Guide best practices in software development, testing, DevOps, and MLOps processes.
  • Provide technical expertise across AI domains including vision, language, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to integrate AI into operational platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in product development, with strong AI project leadership experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale AI projects across multiple environments.
  • Expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms, and modern deep learning frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience guiding teams in AI engineering.

The successful AI Software Engineering Lead must possess deep expertise in AI systems and proven leadership in large-scale projects.
