**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at SMRT Corporation Ltd.

**Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum**, depending on experience.

**Job Description**

  • Assist the Engineering Maintenance Manager in maintaining infrastructures for stations and tunnels to fulfill the Land Transport Authority License and Operating Agreement (LOA), Code of Practice, and reference to the Maintenance Manuals.
  • Ensure the safety and integrity of the MRT infrastructure system by planning, monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring all preventive/corrective maintenance works/inspections, ad hoc projects, and cyclical repairs are carried out on time in accordance with the approved Maintenance Plan.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct toolbox meetings with staff and contractors' supervisors for outsourced works.
  • React to urgent faults while on duty and follow up necessary actions needed to rectify them, ensuring the safety of the surrounding area without affecting normal train operation.
  • Liaise with contractors for preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and outsourcing works according to approved processes.
  • Participate in inspecting new facilities, stations, substations, depots, and tunnels for defects, punch-listing, and tracking rectification to ensure proper completion.
  • Ensure work done for in-house and outsourced work is performed safely.
  • Conduct risk assessments and work instruction reviews with team members for effective preventive maintenance in accordance with LOA.
  • Verify all work data entries for Maximo are completed correctly and review faults reported via Maximo to ensure they are completed on time and defects are closed.
  • Assist the EMM in preparing monthly reports for routine monitoring and other reports as requested by LTA.
  • Attend internal and external audits.
  • Provide safety briefings to the team on a weekly basis and conduct site audit checks for work compliance in accordance with work instructions.
  • Perform 3 rotation shifts.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**

  • Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering Discipline.
  • Experience in building maintenance and familiarity with local regulations.
  • Knowledge of project management and contract administration.

**Required Skills**

  • Strong planning and organization skills in managing service contracts.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
