The primary objective of the Business Development Specialist is to identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors. This encompasses industries such as logistics, oil & gas, banking, finance, retail, healthcare, and SMEs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of our services
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals showcasing our solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. A basic understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, data analytics, and BPO services is a plus. The individual must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is required.
