Key Position:

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance and Control Leader to drive the delivery of quality-driven projects that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
  • Lead quality audits, inspections, and testing activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality excellence.
  • Review technical drawings, material specifications, and method statements to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing QA/QC team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction, M&E, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
