Leading Analog IC Design Expert Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to lead our team of designers in creating innovative analog IP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog design, verification, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural investigations and implementation for high-speed circuits such as PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, TXs, RXs, CDRs, etc., to meet key performance targets.
  • Design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in designing high-speed SerDes, including receiver and transmitter design.
  • Familiarity with single-ended high-density parallel interfaces for chip-to-chip communication, DDR5/LPDDR5, GDDR6/LPDDR6 is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analog design and verification tools like Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and post-layout extraction tools.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity improvement, noise reduction, and multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation and distribution.
  • Good understanding of analog layouts in FinFET and its impact on high-speed designs.
  • Experience in system-level pre-tape-out analog validation.
  • Lab chip bring-up and debugging expertise.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
