Job Title: Analog IC Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled analog IC design specialist to spearhead our team's development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced analog IPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete the full IP development lifecycle.
  • Support the mass production and debugging of assigned IPs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality performance.
  • Participate in the development of other SerDes IPs and coordinate related product activities, driving innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Microelectronics, with over 5 years of experience in analog design;
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DDR or PLL design, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects;
  • Capable of independently managing projects with solid tape-out experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills;
  • Experience with FinFET process is a significant plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members;
  • A strong team player, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Chip validation and testing
  • Analog signal processing and analysis
  • System on Chip (SoC) design and development
  • Advanced analog circuit design
  • Semiconductor industry trends and best practices
