Luxury Sales Ambassador

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create long-term client partnerships by providing expert styling/product advice.
  • Drive boutique sales through engaging, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Promote the brand as a dedicated ambassador, upholding heritage and values.
  • Maintain boutique standards in stock, display, and housekeeping.
  • Support in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building client networks.
  • A professional, well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Able to commit to flexible working hours (including weekends/public holidays).
