Job Title: 8 Months KYC Specialist

  • Elevate the client experience with our KYC services, leveraging business governance and operational capacity to manage transversal pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Business to confirm entities for recertification or termination, and inform other legal entities of trigger events within the business group.
  • Ensure that our KYC Data Officer utilizes all available internal and external sources for document collection during gap analysis.
  • Collect remaining documents from clients and share reusable documents and/or waivers with other legal entities for onboarding or recertification.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients about onboarding/recertification status, acting as a correspondent between clients, business, and internal functions throughout the KYC process.
  • Provide assistance to Business for KYC-related tasks and handle inquiries quickly to reduce delays and improve the KYC process and client journey.
  • Coordinate efficient and effective collaboration with internal teams for onboarding/recertification/trigger events and business extension, from request initiation to KYC validation.
  • Escalate timely resolutions for blocks and facilitate actions to address identified risks and blocking points.
