We are seeking a forward-thinking IT leader to drive innovation and growth across the organization.

Job Summary

As a Senior IT Director, you will be responsible for leading IT transformation efforts, aligning IT strategies with business goals, and optimizing operations to support sustainable growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans. Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and support services, ensuring system availability, scalability, and resilience. Mentor and lead high-performing IT teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish IT policies, standards, and frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern solutions, including automation, cloud computing, and data analytics. Work closely with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. Track key IT performance metrics, provide reports to senior management, and recommend improvements for service delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of IT leadership experience with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience in managing and motivating IT teams to deliver consistent results.
  • Expertise in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
