
Healthcare Compliance Integration Specialist

Job Overview:
The Onboarding and Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization by ensuring seamless integration of new healthcare professionals while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical staff members
- Collaborate closely with departments to guarantee timely onboarding
- Process essential documents such as background checks, I-9s, and health screenings
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring license and certification expirations, conducting audits of employee records, and verifying professional credentials.
The successful candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, credentialing, or HR administration, preferably within a healthcare setting.
A solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards, is highly beneficial. Experience with onboarding/HRIS/compliance tracking systems is also advantageous.
