Healthcare System Integration Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Healthcare System Integration Specialist. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and technical teams, to design, implement, and integrate healthcare systems and policy administration systems.
This is a 12-month contractor position based in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution teams.
- Collaborate with vendors to solve process-related problems and ensure the right implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs.
- Prepare documentation of processes, workflows, or business requirements, and facilitate workshops with users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Review and critique vendors' and in-house team deliverables, and offer conclusions to project managers/delivery managers.
- Manage and perform functional testing of systems before release to business users for acceptance testing.
- General degree/degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems, or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of experience in the role of System or Business Analyst in insurance domain analytical work.
- Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining/mapping, transformation.
- Proven track record of successful implementation of projects.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously.
