Strategic Leadership for Asia Pacific Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Governance Hub in Asia. As the primary contact for Internal Auditing and Risk Management, you will be responsible for establishing a Governance Hub for the region, including developing structures, systems, and processes.
Your key responsibilities include developing annual audit plans, implementing the annual audit plan, and supporting audit projects across regions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for topics related to Internal Auditing and Risk Management in the Asia/Pacific region.
- Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks to the organization
- Provide expert guidance on risk management and internal audit practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams to drive business growth and success
- Masters degree in business administration or related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years internal audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
