International Financial Director

We are seeking a high-level finance leader to oversee the financial function of our international headquarters in Singapore. This role is responsible for group-level financial consolidation, international tax planning, transfer pricing, and strategic business partnering across global entities.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Singapore's financial regulations and implement robust financial systems for newly established Singapore entities. They will act as a key finance liaison to China HQ, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, cost efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support local execution and global growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing financial consolidation and reporting for global entities
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize risk and optimize revenue
- Designing and implementing transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities
- Providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Requirements include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
