Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to technical matters at site, developing solutions to problems using engineering concepts, practices and techniques.

  • Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems at site.
  • Plan work and resources to ensure timely progress and meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, supervisors, surveyors, laboratory personnel, foremen and other stakeholders to achieve effective teamwork.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager on project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with consultants on daily inspections and resolve discrepancies and detailing problems in construction works.
  • Implement company policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Quality System and QSHE requirement.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly site reports and submitting them to the planning department.
  • Prepare all related documents before commencement of works at site, including method statements, material submissions and permit to work requests.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 2 years of working experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects. They should also be able to work in night shifts.
