Pastry Chef Job Opportunity

Odette, a three Michelin starred fine dining restaurant, is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a member of our pastry team, you will play a key role in creating stunning and outstanding pastry or dessert creations that exceed our guests' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for artistry and finesse, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for setting up and stocking the pastry station, preparing for service, and ensuring the highest hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.

As a Pastry Chef at Odette, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Set up and stock the pastry station with all necessary supplies
  • Daily mise en place, preparing for service, and ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
  • Run the pastry/dessert section with the Pastry Chef
  • Ensure items are ordered, received, and stored in proper condition, minimizing food waste
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by management
