Key Responsibilities- Source and maintain a list of qualified subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Manage tendering processes, including sourcing and price negotiation
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors' performance
- Negotiate high-value bid evaluations and draft term contracts
- Assess contracts' contents, terms, and conditions to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with design and cost estimating departments for timely project delivery
- Ensure settlement for contractor/supplier invoices
- Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in the marine, oil & gas sector
- At least 3 years in subcontracts/commercial works
- Experience working in a shipyard environment is an added advantage
