Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in maintaining operational efficiency of the clinic.
  • Provide front desk support, including registering patients, answering phone calls, responding to enquiries and supporting doctors' needs.
  • Handle cashier duties, encompassing cash handling and transaction processing.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 3pm (with occasional extended hours to support weekday evenings)
  • Weekend mornings: 8:30am to 1pm

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
