Continuity Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Continuity Specialist. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the organization's operational resilience by developing, validating, and refining business continuity plans.
This is a challenging and dynamic position that requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. You will be responsible for leading emergency response efforts, working with stakeholders and government agencies, and conducting exercises to validate emergency and business continuity plans.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations and planning, including crisis management and/or business continuity planning. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task and learn quickly.
Additional requirements include experience in developing and implementing business continuity frameworks and policies, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills are also essential for this role.
