Job Description

This is a leadership position that requires the candidate to support the store manager in various aspects of retail management, including staffing, reporting, and inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily briefings with the team, ensuring brand standards are met, and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager in staffing, reporting, and inventory matters.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team by shifts.
  • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure stores meet brand guidelines.
  • Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales targets.
  • E nsure store opening, closing, and sales transactions comply with standard operating procedures.
  • Take care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and other items within the store.
  • Work directly with the inventory and merchandising team to prevent stock losses through regular stock counts and receiving.
  • Represent the company by adhering to brand standards.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for sports/lifestyle products and services.
  • Hold at least a SPM/O Level/STPM/A Level qualification in any field.
  • Have minimum 1 year's management experience in retail and as Person-In-Charge in a store setting.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant personality and professional conduct under pressure.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show ability to work effectively and manage people in a team-oriented setting.
  • Demonstrable experience in retail management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Able to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work according to retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
