This role is a critical component of managing key corporate accounts and advising clients on general insurance matters.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of key corporate accounts to ensure optimal results, aligning with business objectives and driving growth through effective risk management.
- Insurance Advisory: Provide expert advice to corporate clients on general insurance matters, including strategic planning, policy development, and claim negotiation.
- Renewal Coordination: Handle renewals for various corporate accounts, working closely with insurers on all insurance renewal and quotation matters, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Claim Management: Manage claims efficiently and effectively, prioritizing client satisfaction and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in general insurance, with a proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
- Certifications: Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Commercial General Insurance (ComGI) and Health Insurance Certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, think critically and creatively, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
