Master Craftsman

Carpenters are skilled tradespeople responsible for constructing, repairing and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials. They read blueprints, inspect buildings to locate problems, and use various tools and equipment to complete their work.
Key Responsibilities:- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
- Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience working in a hybrid onshore-offshore delivery model.
- Class 4 License is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify risks, manage issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
