Job Description

At Tzu Chi Singapore, we value creativity and passion. We are seeking an experienced photographer to join our team and help us tell the story of our humanitarian work through compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of storytelling photos and excellent photography techniques. They will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos that showcase our charity work, selecting and editing photos for news stories and exhibitions, managing Instagram content, and developing engaging content according to our content marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Work with the editorial team to capture high-quality photos
- Select and edit photos for news stories and exhibitions
- Manage Instagram content and develop engaging content according to our content marketing strategy
- Select, archive, and backup photos according to guidelines
- Plan and arrange volunteers for event photography
- Provide basic photography training and feedback to volunteers
- Handle interdepartmental photo requests timely
- Routine maintenance of photography equipment

Requirements
A diploma in photography, journalism, or mass communication is required. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience and proficiency in both English and Chinese. They should be a proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and able to meet deadlines occasionally.
