As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Receiving, warehousing, packing, storing, and distributing raw materials to production/customers while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment that adheres to 6S standards and promotes a safe working conditions
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for inventory transactions, shipments, and other relevant activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, with a flexible attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
