Job Summary:
- Project Planning: Plan and prepare tile installations, considering factors such as surface type, material requirements, and design elements.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, level, and free from debris, using methods like sanding or applying a bonding agent.
- Tiling Operations: Install ceramic tiles on walls and floors, using adhesives, grout, and sealants to ensure a secure and watertight fit.
- Finishing Touches: Add decorative trim, moldings, and other finishing materials to complete the tile installation.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, address issues with tile installations, and perform repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working at heights.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, sharing knowledge, expertise, and resources.
