At ST ANDREW'S MISSION HOSPITAL, we are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect soiled linen from wards and transport it to the laundry area.
  • Operate washing and drying machines to ensure efficient and effective linen processing.
  • Fold and sort linens, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for use.
  • Deliver processed linens to the respective wards, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks on linen washed to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Perform daily laundry equipment accountability and serviceability checks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Reporting Officer.
