As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

You will develop and improve observability across all services, including monitoring, logging, and alerting. This involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe deployments and managing cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

You will also automate operational tasks using scripting or configuration management tools and ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and security controls are in place. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure
  • Develop and improve observability across all services
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting or configuration management tools
  • Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and security controls are in place
  • Participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve incident response processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or relevant Infrastructure roles. You should have strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

You should also have solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals, experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK), and familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

Additionally, you should have experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and a solid understanding of SRE concepts such as SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
