Job Description:
Perform home visits to assess the needs of patients and provide appropriate care
Conduct thorough nursing assessments on patients to identify their medical requirements
Coordinate with doctors to ensure seamless communication and follow-up visits
Monitor patients' current medication and compliance as prescribed by doctors
Administer wound dressing, insert urine catheters, and manage other medical procedures as required
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to address patients' unique needs
Provide education and support to caregivers and families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuity of care at home

Requirements:
Degree in Nursing (Diploma or Degree)
Valid SNB and BCLS certifications
Previous experience in Homecare or Palliative nursing is desirable
Proficiency in MS Word for resume preparation and communication
Clear notice period and expected salary are essential for the role
