Director of Advanced Packaging Solutions

">Job Description

As a Director of Advanced Packaging Solutions, you will lead strategic initiatives for high-performance products that drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advanced packaging solutions on time and within budget.
  • Developing and communicating technical strategies to stakeholders, including product roadmap, technology roadmaps, and market trends.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring alignment with business objectives through regular performance metrics and progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process or equipment development, preferably in wafer bonding, plating, warpage control, and packaging.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of process flows, interactions, and impact on yield, performance, and reliability.
  • Ability to guide strategic directions using extensive technical knowledge.
  • Consistent track record of solving problems and addressing root causes.
  • Tenacity to work effectively under timelines and limited resources.
  • Validated ability to lead small and large teams towards common goals.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
