Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing manufacturing solutions, setting up process parameters, and designing equipment.

  • Design and Implement Manufacturing Solutions:
  • Develop site-specific implementation scenarios and prepare engineering requirements, business cases, and project plans.
  • Collaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioning.

Process Parameters & Line Qualification:

  • Lead Process Parameter Setup and Validation:
  • Conduct first qualification and gap analysis, making updates as necessary.
  • Support ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operations.

Equipment & Process Design:

  • Assess Manufacturing Options and Develop Equipment Specifications:
  • Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase orders.
  • Continuously review designs to ensure flawless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering, in a regulated industrial sector - medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.
  • Skills: Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 13485, Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ). Strong experience in over molding process and equipment design.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
