Job Description

About the Role:

As a Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of land use plans and urban design plans in the Central Area Department. You will work closely with our Architects to draft and prepare plans, ensuring that they meet the needs of stakeholders and align with our organizational goals.

You will also be responsible for facilitating the translation of our plans to reality by assisting in downstream planning and implementation processes, including processing Development Applications and Land Use Applications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage data analytics, modelling and simulation to enhance our decision-making process, and explore technological and process solutions to make our work more efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent in fields such as architecture, engineering, real estate or urban built environment
  • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with GIS software such as ArcGIS
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and think creatively to address challenges
