Cargo Operations Manager

The Cargo Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the management of vessel cargo equipment, ensuring timely and accurate calibration of measurement tools, maintaining inventory, resolving issues related to quantity or quality, reviewing performance, collaborating with departments, and providing support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage vessel cargo equipment operations
  2. Prompt and accurate calibration of cargo measurement tools
  3. Maintain and track cargo equipment inventory levels
  4. Resolve issues related to cargo quantity or quality discrepancies
  5. Review and assess cargo operation performance metrics
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordination and communication
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  8. Execute assigned tasks and special projects efficiently
