Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our front-of-house team as a Reservations Host/Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.


  • Manage reservations through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Ensure seamless table management, with no overlapping reservations and tables ready for guests upon arrival.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Warmly welcome every guest, addressing them by name and recognizing special occasions.
  • Assign guests to designated seats according to seating plans.
  • Initiate regular check-ins to ensure guests' needs are met and provide personalized attention.
  • Request feedback from guests and relay comments to the manager on duty.
  • Assist in maintaining a strong guest profile database, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Engage with guests in the database regarding menu changes, promotions, events, and birthdays.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
