Our organization is seeking an experienced individual to support the Undergraduate Studies Office. This role involves managing undergraduate scholarships and bursaries, planning scholar engagement activities, and providing administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Scholarships Management: Administer the full cycle of undergraduate scholarships and bursaries, including promotion, application, selection, award processing, and renewal.
- Student Development: Plan and implement initiatives to support the academic, personal, and leadership development of students, including welcome briefings, networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and enrichment workshops.
- Admissions Support: Assist in the coordination of undergraduate admissions processes, including application management, interviews, and applicant communication.
- Office Operations: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the Undergraduate Studies Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in admissions, student affairs, or administration (higher education experience advantageous).
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and proactive team player looking to make a direct impact on student recruitment and success.
Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience.
Location: On campus.
