The primary objective of this role is to lead analytics initiatives that drive channel strategy and optimization across multiple distribution channels. This position requires the ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable data-driven use cases that enhance acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leaders across distribution, marketing, and product functions to define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel.
- Design and deploy predictive models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analyze partner and channel performance, providing actionable insights to inform reallocation of marketing and operational resources.
- Develop data visualization tools to facilitate real-time monitoring of distribution performance.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years in life insurance or financial services analytics with expertise in distribution modeling.
- Proven track record of optimizing multichannel strategies.
- Strategic Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional analytics engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex data insights to non-technical partners.
- Data Science Acumen: Proficiency in statistical methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis.
