Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Fighting and Life Saving Appliances (FFLSA) Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of firefighting and life-saving systems aboard ships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Four years or more of experience working in the maritime sector as an FFLSA Technician or a comparable position.
  • Competent knowledge of Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) norms, class regulations, and other pertinent maritime standards.
  • Exceptional technical abilities and practical expertise installing, maintaining, and repairing fire extinguishers, lifeboats, liferafts, and related gear.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills, including the ability to quickly identify and fix equipment issues.
  • Meticulous with an emphasis on precision and adherence to safety protocols.
