We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused professional to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of retail banking individuals by providing comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to their financial objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individual retail clients and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
- Engage with customers through branch banking channels, telephone appointments, and outreach programs to identify opportunities.
- Offer holistic financial planning advice to clients based on sound financial knowledge.
- Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adhere to rules and guidelines when conducting business.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to assess their evolving financial needs.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
- Interest in financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct oneself professionally.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
