Job Title:
Customer Growth Specialist

About the Role:
As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio utilization and reduce attrition.
You will support portfolio growth through new lending and higher client utilization.
Develop new relationships with small businesses looking for funding. Perform both financial and qualitative assessments of companies.

Requirements:
Diploma and above,
At least 3 years of working experience in trade finance and real estate/property lending . Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
