Job Overview

As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services office. Reporting to the Team Lead, Patient Services, your responsibilities will include assisting in the daily tasks related to Inpatient, Homecare, and Daycare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inpatient: Assist with patients' referrals, upload referrals from AIC into IHMS, assign referrals to designated doctors, and email acceptance to referring sources.
  • Homecare: Download referrals daily from the AIC portal, upload into IHMS, assign referrals to triage doctors, and admit accepted cases referred from outpatient clinics and restructured hospitals.
  • Daycare: Admit accepted cases as instructed by the Day care Nurse Manager.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' working experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Mature, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
