Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of IT principles and concepts.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
  • Technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
