Corporate Event Coordinator Role
As a skilled and organized professional, we are seeking an individual to take on the role of Corporate Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event plans: This includes designing layouts, floor plans, schedules, inventory, and staffing requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage vendors and oversee on-site set-up: Ensure timely delivery of event logistics and services, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
- Liaise with clients, venues, and suppliers: Confirm event details, provide exceptional support to the team, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in Event Management/Business or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the event industry or related field.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
